What does a visual c#r. net progammer do?

It's C# (pronounced C Sharp), not C#R. C# is a Microsoft programming language that's very similar to Java. A programmer in C# does the same thing as any other programmer, except they use Microsoft's Visual Studio to write their code and develop their applications.

They writes applications in the C# language using the .Net framework. A C# developer is not necessarily tied to the Visual Studio platform, you can also use Eclipse (nice IDE as well) if you'd like, or Notepad for that matter (although I wouldn't recommend that since it would be so time-consuming!). All you need to start is a basic knowledge of the language and the tools to create a C# application (mentioned above).
Reply:Development integrate ad test modules in one of several types of applications available for development under .NET like web application, windows applications, web services, windows services and so on. Uses C# as a programming language (pronounced C Sharp)

Hope this helps.
